Ursprünglich aus Frankreich stammend, sind Bima-Traktoren, bekannt für ihre Vierradantriebsfähigkeit, ursprünglich von der Groupe Albaret hergestellt worden, einem Unternehmen, das sich auf Baumaschinen spezialisiert hat. Bima wurde als Komplettlösung für die Bodenbearbeitung und Aussaat konzipiert und verfügte sowohl über vordere als auch hintere Zapfwellen sowie über vielseitige Anhängepunkte. Im Jahr 1986 erwarb Caterpillar die Groupe Albaret, was zu einer Verlagerung der Produktion in die Anlagen von BH Industrie führte.
