Deutz
Das Erbe von Deutz reicht zurück auf die Pionierarbeit von Nikolaus Otto, Gottlieb Daimler und die Anfänge der Verbrennungsmotorentechnologie. Der Weg des Unternehmens in die landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen begann 1907. Nach dem Zweiten Weltkrieg erlangten Deutz-Traktoren in Westeuropa große Bedeutung und wurden von Landwirten für ihre robusten, unkomplizierten und luftgekühlten Dieselmotoren geschätzt. Ein bedeutender Wendepunkt kam 1969 mit der Fusion von Deutz und Fahr, einem renommierten Hersteller von Landmaschinen. Später, im Jahr 1995, übernahm SAME das Unternehmen, was ein neues Kapitel in seiner Entwicklung markierte.
