Happy Farmer
La historia de Happy Farmer comenzó en 1916, con la creación inicial de tractores en Minneapolis. Una rápida reorganización siguió, lo que resultó en la formación de La Crosse Tractor Company a través de la unificación de Happy Farmer y la Sta-Rite Engine Company. Esta nueva entidad continuó fabricando tractores bajo el nombre establecido de Happy Farmer hasta 1921. Aunque Oshkosh Tractor expresó interés en adquirir la operación y reubicar sus instalaciones, las negociaciones finalmente fracasaron, poniendo fin a los esfuerzos de fabricación de Happy Farmer.
