Jacobsen lawn tractors
La historia de Jacobsen comenzó en Racine, Wisconsin, con la visión de Knud y Oscar Jacobsen. En 1978, Textron integró a Jacobsen en su cartera, combinando el equipo doméstico de césped y jardín de Jacobsen con la marca Homelite. Más tarde, en 1994, Deere & Company adquirió la entidad combinada Homelite-Jacobsen y supervisó las operaciones durante siete años, hasta 2001, cuando TTI se convirtió en el nuevo propietario. Cabe destacar que la maquinaria profesional de golf y césped de Jacobsen sigue estando bajo el paraguas de Textron. La fábrica original de Racine finalmente fue cerrada por Textron en 2001.
