Durante la década de 1970, Heilman produjo una línea de tractores de césped conocidos como Lawn Rov'r. Los orígenes de la compañía se remontan a Glenn Heilman, un veterano experimentado de la industria del cuidado del césped, quien previamente había perfeccionado sus habilidades tanto en Garden-All como en Wheel Horse – esta última adquiriendo las instalaciones de fabricación de Garden-All’. Desafortunadamente, Lawn Rov'r enfrentó dificultades financieras, lo que finalmente condujo a procedimientos de bancarrota en 1981.
