AgraCat
Au début du 21e siècle, AgraCat fonctionnait comme une entreprise américaine important des tracteurs fabriqués en Chine. Fondée en 1999 et basée à Farmington, Arkansas, l'entreprise a initialement prospéré. Cependant, des difficultés financières croissantes ont incité AgraCat à nouer un partenariat avec AFS en 2002, une alliance qui a rapidement évolué vers une prise de contrôle significative par AFS des fonctions quotidiennes de l'entreprise. En 2004, confrontée à des pressions économiques insurmontables, AgraCat a déposé le bilan. À partir de ses vestiges, AFS a ensuite lancé Montana Tractors, en tirant parti de l'expertise de nombreux anciens employés d'AgraCat et de leur réseau de concessionnaires établi.
