Interstate Tractor
Enracinée à Waterloo, dans l'Iowa, la Interstate Tractor Company a émergé en 1915, évoluant sur les bases de la Sandy McManus Engine Company. Leurs premiers modèles de tracteurs, connus sous les noms de Plow Boy et Plow Man, étaient habilement construits en utilisant des pièces provenant de fournisseurs externes. À la fin de la Première Guerre mondiale, Interstate avait cultivé un réseau important d'acheteurs à la fois aux États-Unis et à l'étranger. Cependant, la fortune de l'entreprise s'est inversée brusquement en 1919, conduisant à sa dissolution peu après 1920.
