Long
L'histoire de Long Manufacturing a commencé en 1948 avec la création de leur premier modèle de tracteur. Peu de temps après, l'entreprise a changé son orientation, abandonnant la production interne pour se concentrer sur l'importation de tracteurs provenant d'Uzina Tractorul Brasov (UTB) et d'une sélection de machines Landini. Confrontée à des difficultés financières, Long a déclaré faillite en 1985, pour réémerger en 1987 après une restructuration complète. Un tournant significatif est survenu en 1998 avec l'acquisition de Long Agribusiness par le groupe Escort de l'Inde. Cela a conduit à l'abandon du nom Long, remplacé par l'identité de marque Farmtrac. Finalement, Farmtrac North America a cessé ses activités vers la fin de 2008.
