CO-OP
CO-OP拖拉机系列源于农民们共同的雄心壮志：通过集体拥有机械生产资料来降低成本。最初的设计由之前与Parrett Tractor公司相关的Dent Parrett设计，并在密歇根州组装，其中包含大量从克莱斯勒采购的零件。到1938年，制造业务迁至新成立的印第安纳州工厂。Cletrac也发挥了作用，贡献了某些型号，并且部分生产同时在明尼苏达州圣保罗进行。二战结束后，与Cockshutt的合作促成了“E”系列CO-OP拖拉机的推出，本质上是带有不同名称的Cockshutt型号。不幸的是，疲软的销售数据促使CO-OP工厂在1952年出售给Cockshutt，从而有效地结束了CO-OP品牌。
