Denning
在二十世纪初，登宁在爱荷华州塞达拉皮兹市中心制造拖拉机。 起源于 1893 年由 J.M. 登宁创立的埃斯蒂维尔围栏厂，企业于 1899 年迁至塞达拉皮兹。到 1912 年，该公司转型离开围栏生产，剥离其机器和专利，成为登宁汽车农具公司。最终，在 1918 年，通用军械公司收购了登宁，开创了一个新时代，并将其更名为国家拖拉机。
