Minneapolis-Moline
L'héritage de Minneapolis-Moline a commencé en 1929 avec l'unification de trois importantes entreprises agricoles : Minneapolis Steel and Machinery, la Minneapolis Threshing Machine Company et la Moline Plow Company. Minneapolis Steel a apporté une expertise précieuse dans la conception et la fabrication de tracteurs, ayant précédemment construit des machines pour Case et Bull, ainsi que sa propre ligne Twin City à succès. Vers la fin des années 1930, Minneapolis-Moline a introduit le révolutionnaire modèle UDLX Comfotractor. Cette machine innovante était dotée d'une transmission rapide à grande vitesse et d'une cabine entièrement fermée, équipée de chauffage et d'une radio—un niveau de luxe pour l'opérateur qui dépassait considérablement les normes de son époque. En 1963, White Motors a acquis Minneapolis-Moline, mettant finalement fin au nom de marque Minneapolis-Moline en 1974.
